Here are some notes for further practice and reference to support class
Everyone has their own way of training and learning. There are many ways in which we can learn, so own notes are strongly recommended, be they written, be they your own videos, or stick men.

This is a short form, which is a good stepping form for beginners, and has benefits for the spleen and stomach.

Swimming Dragon

This form is a more advanced stepping practice that requires good balance, opening and closing skills, and can help straighten out the spine. When done with multiple types of stepping, this can also become a very good practice about decision making and remaining calm.

The Eight Pieces of Brocade were originally designed to improve the health and functionality of soldiers, who not only had to deal with immense physical hardship, but also deal with the mental and physical consequences of battle such as injuries and trauma.

The practice is divided into 5 sections, and is a practice without stepping but with plenty of footwork. It is a blood pressure regulator, works with the blood and fluids in the body, improves fertility, clear thinking, and the kidneys and bladder.

White Crane Brushes Knee is an excellent balance and coordination practice, improving the plasticity of the brain. It is not an easy practice , but it is very worth while doing for that very reason. Eventually, the moves become smooth, expansive, and good alignment follows.
